Our Mission: The mission of The Leadership Crucible is to develop the leadership skills of young women interested in public service and politics
Our Core Values: Our Core Values are not just aspirations. They are the foundation of our culture, and guide our day-to-day conduct. They also frame the work we do to develop the character of our participants. They are integrated into our courses, staff evaluations, and decision-making processes:
